Second Time Founders

Second Time Founders, established in April 2019, is a network dedicated to seasoned and multiple-time founders aiming to improve the world through conscious leadership. Supported by Bo Shao and Oleg Gorelik through Evolve Ventures, the organization offers the 2TF Leadership Forum, a year-long program featuring curated discussions, peer coaching, business and industry expertise, executive coaching, and conscious leadership concepts in a confidential setting. The network boasts a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100 for its 2TF Forum and includes over 2,000 exited founders, with an average of 2.5 businesses built per founder. Collectively, members have fundraised over $1 billion during the program, and 70% of the founders have technical and scientific backgrounds. Second Time Founders also provides workshops, dinners, summits, retreats, and a podcast featuring stories from multiple-time founders. Additionally, it offers a virtual community for members to exchange ideas and collaborate, with membership being complimentary except for direct costs associated with certain activities.
