Second Time Founders was established in April 2019. The initiative was built with the support and investment from Bo Shao and Oleg Gorelik through Evolve Ventures. The organization aims to enhance the world through conscious leadership among seasoned and multiple-time founders.

2TF Leadership Forum

The 2TF Leadership Forum is a year-long program designed for seasoned founders. It facilitates highly curated discussions, offering peer coaching, business and industry expertise, executive coaching, and conscious leadership concepts. It also provides a confidential space for members. This forum has a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100 and has helped founders collectively raise over $1 billion.

Membership and Network

Second Time Founders boasts a network of over 2,000 exited founders, with an average of 2.5 businesses built per founder. Notably, 70% of the founders have technical and scientific backgrounds. Membership is complimentary, with members only responsible for direct costs associated with certain activities.
