The organization offers one-on-one executive coaching, powerful peers, and exclusive programming, including meetups with curated groups of peers, mentorship, and fireside chats. Chief has clubhouses in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C., featuring elevated lounge spaces, bookable meeting rooms, private call rooms, mother’s rooms, and all-day food and beverage service. Membership includes access to executive development, topical roundtables, annual summits, exclusive conversations, on-demand content, IRL community events, confidential identity groups, a community platform, thought leadership, a job board, member benefits, and clubhouses.
