Rewriting the Code's Mission and Vision
Rewriting the Code (RTC) supports and empowers college, graduate, and early-career women in tech through intersectional communities, mentorship, industry experience, and educational resources. The organization's mission is to make the tech industry more inclusive and accessible for women by providing a supportive network and essential resources. RTC envisions a future where women are confident, well-rounded engineers and leaders in the tech industry. By fostering a global community and offering comprehensive programming, RTC aims to bridge the gender gap in technology and create a more diverse and equitable workforce.
Rewriting the Code's Virtual Career Summit
Rewriting the Code hosts an annual Virtual Career Summit designed to connect college women with technology industry opportunities. In collaboration with the Last Mile Education Fund, Rewriting the Code offers the RTC Women in Tech Fund. This initiative aims to assist undergraduate women in computing who are facing financial obstacles to graduation.
