Women Who Code

Women Who Code (WWCode) is a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, GA, with operations extending remotely across various regions including the United States, Canada, and fully remote areas. Established as part of Y Combinator’s S16 batch, WWCode has grown significantly, hosting over 15,000 free events worldwide and fostering a community of over 320,000 members. The organization focuses on helping women from diverse backgrounds excel in technology careers by providing access to educational resources such as videos, podcasts, tutorials, and bootcamps, as well as opportunities for leadership development through volunteering and speaking engagements. WWCode also offers a job board to help members advance their careers in supportive environments. Their commitment to inclusion, advocacy for change, and continuous progress forms the core of their values, aiming to design programs that are accessible to all women interested in technology and leadership roles.
