USCRI operates field offices in various U.S. cities such as Albany, NY; Atlanta, GA; Cleveland, OH; Colchester, VT; Detroit, MI; Des Moines, IA; Erie, PA; Nashville, TN; Raleigh, NC; Richmond, VA; St. Louis, MO; San Diego, CA; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; and Twin Falls, ID, along with international offices in El Salvador, Honduras, Kenya, and Mexico. The organization offers a Behavioral Health Support Program for resettled Afghan residents nationwide and provides services for trafficking survivors through its Anti-Trafficking program. USCRI also offers low-cost, professional legal representation for family- and humanitarian-based immigration matters and provides health services and mental health counseling to its beneficiaries. Social services provided by USCRI include family support, matching grants, employment assistance, and intensive case management. The organization advocates for the rights of refugees and immigrants both nationally and globally, influencing policies, practices, and laws. USCRI has a comprehensive benefits package for its employees, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with a generous contribution. The organization has a mission to protect the rights and address the needs of persons in forced or voluntary migration worldwide, supporting their transition to a dignified life. USCRI has a history of providing social and legal services to immigrant girls and women since its inception and has been involved in publishing the World Refugee Survey. The organization has been awarded for its campaign to end refugee warehousing and has a robust legacy of technical assistance, advocacy, and policy work focusing on the health needs of refugees, immigrants, and special populations.
