Hack.Diversity Company Information
Hack.Diversity was established in 2016 with the mission to transform the economy by fostering access and breaking down barriers for the next generation in the tech industry. The organization operates a nine-month fellowship program that equips participants with professional skills development, technical team projects, and industry exposure, culminating in a 40-hour per week paid internship. Hack.Diversity collaborates with over 50 companies across various industries to provide these internship opportunities. It boasts a robust network of over 500 alumni who have contributed to more than 50 companies in over 10 industries. Additionally, Hack.Diversity hosts various events and workshops aimed at supporting the professional development of both fellows and alumni. The program also includes a technical project experience and tailored learning paths to enhance in-demand skills, preparing fellows for successful internship interviews. Engaging in strategic partnerships with host companies, Hack.Diversity co-designs systems to drive sustainable transformation within these organizations. As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, all donations made to Hack.Diversity are tax-deductible.
