Kendrick Trotter

Kendrick Trotter, aged 27, is the founder and CEO of Us in Technology, a company dedicated to opening up access to tech jobs. Before establishing his company, he was an award-winning sales manager in the cybersecurity field. Trotter’s journey into the tech industry began unexpectedly in 2017 while he was working as an Uber driver. During this time, he had a transformative conversation with a successful tech executive, which inspired him to pursue a career in technology. As a young, black man, Trotter has personally experienced how access to job opportunities in the tech industry can significantly alter lives, motivating him to help others achieve similar transformations.
