NPower operates in various locations including New York, Texas, California, Maryland, Toronto, New Jersey, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Michigan. The organization offers a range of tech training programs such as Tech Fundamentals, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, IT Support Specialist, and SkillBridge. NPower’s Path2TECH program is specifically designed to empower women to become Full Stack Developers, while the Command Shift Coalition advocates for the advancement of young women of color in tech careers.
