TiE Women

TiE Women is a comprehensive global program designed to support women entrepreneurs by providing equity-free cash prizes exceeding $100,000, alongside a suite of support services. These services include learning opportunities, mentoring, access to funding, scalability support, a safe space for collaboration, and a sense of community. Since its inception, the initiative has accelerated the growth of over 400 women-led startups and engaged more than 100 mentors and experts in various fields. TiE Women has also awarded over $350,000 in equity-free grants to 16 deserving women-led startups. The program has received a significant response, with over 6000 applications from women across 62 countries. TiE Women organizes several events aimed at fostering skills and showcasing talents, including Global Pitch Competitions, Open Mic Nights, and Active Learning Workshops. The platform primarily supports early and late-stage startups that are founded or co-founded by women, with a stipulation that women co-founders must own at least 33% of the equity. Eligibility for the program is restricted to companies registered on or after January 1, 2017, ensuring a focus on new and emerging business ventures.
