Project Destined

Project Destined, established in 2016, is a leading social impact platform dedicated to providing training in real estate, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. The organization has successfully trained over 8,000 students globally, connecting them with more than 250 firms across 1,300+ schools. Project Destined’s programs have a strong track record, with 70% of alumni securing jobs within one year of completing the program. Notable firms that have hired Project Destined alumni include Blackstone, Brookfield Properties, CBRE, Greystar, JLL, J.P. Morgan, KKR, Starwood, and Wells Fargo. The platform also offers targeted support in talent acquisition, community engagement, and talent retention. Project Destined has collaborated with Link Logistics to host the inaugural Industrial Real Estate Bridge Program and expanded its partnership with the Housing Partnership Network to cultivate diverse talent in the affordable housing sector. Additionally, Project Destined has launched a virtual internship focused on financial health for Black student-athletes in partnership with leading commercial real estate firms.
