STS Enterprise's Mission

STS Enterprise is committed to revitalizing Memphis' intrinsic talent pipeline through purposeful development and strategic investments in high school and college students. The organization aims to equip the next generation of leaders with essential soft skills, employability skills, career skills, mental health skills, and life skills. Since its inception in 2012, STS Enterprise has focused on empowering youth and college students in the Memphis Metro Area, achieving remarkable milestones such as a 100% high school graduation rate and generating over $5,000,000 in earned income from its graduates.

STS Enterprise's Programs

STS Enterprise offers a variety of programs tailored to different educational stages. The STS Strive program helps middle and high school students explore, identify, select, and transition into post-secondary opportunities. The STS Elite program supports college students in navigating and graduating college while transitioning into the workforce or postgraduate programs. The STS Speaks program empowers youth and college students through stories, workshops, and lectures. Additionally, the R.E.A.L. Program provides high school seniors and college students exposure to the real estate industry, and the Bringing out the Leaders event connects college students with top industry professionals in the Mid-South.

STS Enterprise's Impact

Since 2012, STS Enterprise has made a substantial impact on the Memphis community. The organization has impacted over 12,000 youth through more than 10,000 hours of mentorship, workshops, and career exposure. This comprehensive support system includes programmatic workshops and seminars led by facilitators from various fields, one-on-one and group mentorship, and skill assessments. Students also benefit from career exploration opportunities with exposure to Fortune 500 companies, job shadowing, and internships, ensuring they are well-prepared for their future careers.
