Jen Weikert

Jen Weikert serves as the Executive Director in Philadelphia, bringing over twenty years of experience in nonprofit leadership and strategic problem-solving to her role. She has a strong background in social impact leadership and fundraising, having previously held the position of Executive Director at Covenant House Pennsylvania. During her tenure there, she managed a $6M nonprofit organization dedicated to providing shelter and supportive services to young adults facing homelessness. Weikert successfully navigated the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic, significantly scaled and diversified its revenue streams, enhanced its housing and services continuum, and initiated the construction of a new 12-unit housing and administrative facility in Philadelphia. Additionally, she has served as the Executive Director for College Possible Philadelphia and as the Chief Development Officer for the Children’s Literacy Initiative. Weikert also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at Temple University. A first-generation college student, she earned her MA from University College Cork Ireland and a BA from La Salle University. Jen Weikert currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and son.
