Built Robotics' Solar Piling and Trenching Solutions
Built Robotics offers advanced robotic tools specifically tailored for solar piling and trenching, vital processes in utility-scale solar projects. The Exosystem's trenching robot can achieve digging accuracy within 0.1 foot and handle grades up to 10%. It supports custom bucket measurements and can achieve a maximum production rate of 180 feet per hour, thereby significantly increasing efficiency. Additionally, it can be installed on 15–50 ton machines, unlocking double or triple shift capacity on any jobsite. Features like an 8-layer safety system, AI-powered collision avoidance, and automatic as-builts ensure that the trenching robot operates both safely and efficiently in rugged, greenfield locations.
