Pacific Community Ventures

Pacific Community Ventures (PCV) is a California-based organization dedicated to supporting small business owners through a combination of financial and advisory services. PCV offers small business loans up to $250,000 with no minimum credit score requirement, specifically targeting entrepreneurs who face difficulties accessing capital, including women, immigrants, and entrepreneurs of color. In addition to financial support, PCV provides free and confidential expert business advising through their BusinessAdvising.org platform, leveraging a network of over 2,000 business advisors. The organization also launched the Good Jobs Innovation Lab and developed the Good Jobs, Good Business Toolkit to help small businesses enhance job quality. PCV participates in the California IBank Disaster Loan program to support businesses affected by COVID-19 and offers small grants and financial incentives through the Good Jobs Rebate program. Their integrated model combines Restorative Capital with Pro Bono Business Advising, focusing on impact investing to promote economic, racial, and gender justice. Over the past two decades, PCV has impacted thousands of small business owners, creating tens of thousands of jobs. They also offer the Good Jobs Entrepreneurs Fellowship program to support high-quality job creation and partner with community organizations to ensure their capital investments meet the needs of historically underestimated communities.
