Arm In Arm

Arm In Arm is a multifaceted organization dedicated to supporting the community through a variety of programs and initiatives. They provide groceries and healthy produce through more than 4,000 pantry visits and deliveries per month, including a Mobile Pantry and Resource Center that serves multiple locations throughout Mercer County. Their Representative Payee Program offers financial management solutions for social security disability and social income beneficiaries. The Still Standing Program supports single mothers with resources and financial literacy, while the Financial Fitness Workshop Series educates individuals on personal finance fundamentals. The License to Succeed program offers job support and drivers license restoration assistance. Arm In Arm also hosts the annual 50 Family Challenge to aid families affected by COVID-19 and organizes the Valentines For Food campaign, which has fed over 25,000 families in 20 years. In partnership with Yes We CAN! Food Drives, they collect and distribute food from local markets to their pantries. They provide home food delivery services to select locations and community members who are home-bound or immuno-compromised. Emergency financial aid is available to help families and individuals remain in place, preventing dislocation and disruption of school and work. Arm In Arm operates food pantries in Trenton and Princeton and hosts community garden initiatives where volunteers cultivate fresh produce for distribution. They also offer financial assistance for rent, mortgage, and utility payments to prevent homelessness, as well as on-the-job training and job search support through their workforce development initiative.
