Tarento, founded in 2009 as a subsidiary of the Swedish consulting company Connecta, is a Nordic-Indo IT services company. It provides a range of services including enterprise, digital, data, and AI solutions. With offices in Stockholm, Sweden; Helsinki, Finland; Bergen, Norway; and Bangalore, India, Tarento has been collaborating with aspiring business leaders for over a decade. The company became part of the Acando Group in 2014 and underwent a management buy-out in 2016. In 2017, Tarento acquired DATPRO, a Finnish data management consultancy, and established Tarento Norway in late 2019 with a focus on data, cloud, and IT advisory services. Tarento offers services in Data and Analytics, Digital, SAP, Microsoft Enterprise, Design and Innovation, and Integration Services. The company has developed several accelerators such as RAIN - Analytics Platform, THOR AI Assistant & Chatbot, Deepscan GDPR, BOLT - Data Platform, PULZ, and Sunbird Building-block Selection Tool. Tarento’s LEAD program combines Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking to create value for customers, while the Blixt program provides an execution strategy package after a 2-4 hour session and 1-week program. The company has developed various apps including COSMOS, TASKS, Kronos, English for Kids, and Grid Games. Its iVolve framework supports the strategy, selection, migration, and consolidation of enterprise integration platforms. Tarento has partnered with On Device Solutions (ODS) for enterprise mobility solutions, collaborated with Xylem to drive innovation in water technology, and worked with EkStep to build the ULCA platform for the National Language Translation Mission. Additionally, Tarento has helped UIDAI improve the user experience and adoption of the mAadhaar app. Tarento is also a certified Microsoft Solution partner.
