Mark Voumard

Mark Voumard, the founder and CEO, has been a prominent figure in the financial services industry since 1983, primarily focusing on managing sales teams dealing with Japanese, European, Asian, and U.S. equities and Equity Linked products. His career has seen him work in major financial hubs including Melbourne, Zurich, Tokyo, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Voumard has worked with notable firms such as Baring Securities, Paribas, W.I. Carr, D.E. Shaw, and KBC Securities Japan. Fluent in Japanese, he has been instrumental in the structuring and launch of over 100 funds since 2005. Registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and holding a licence under the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, Voumard is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the International Bar Association. He represents Gordian Capital in several associations including the Alternative Investment Management Association and the Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. In March 2021, he was appointed as an inaugural Executive Committee Member and Co-Chair of the Promotion and Advocacy Working Group of the Singapore Funds Industry Group. Voumard studied Economics and Japanese at Monash University and holds both Australian and Swiss citizenship.
