Janessa Zheng

Janessa Zheng serves as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 16 years of experience in operations and client servicing across financial advisory, asset management, and private banking. Her career began at Merrill Lynch International Bank Limited, where she worked as a Client Service Officer in the Taiwan/China Market, CSO Department. From 2007 to 2015, she managed and expanded the Investment Operations team at Gordian Capital, where she also developed an in-house NAV engine and handled various fund operations including onboarding, closures, and migrations. At the Bank of Singapore, she was the Head of the Discretionary Portfolio Management Middle Office from 2015 to mid-2019, overseeing daily portfolio management tasks and was instrumental in implementing a new Portfolio Management system. Additionally, she led a key stream in the Barclays integration project following their acquisition. Janessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the National University of Singapore and is a CAIA Charterholder. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
