Gigpro operates across more than 25 cities in the United States, including major urban areas such as Atlanta, Chicago, and Miami, among others. The company offers a digital platform where businesses can post various types of short-term employment opportunities, ranging from one-time shifts to seasonal and temp-to-hire positions. Workers, referred to as ‘Pros,’ can apply for these gigs through the Gigpro app. Once a gig is completed, Pros receive their payment via Stripe, directly through the app. To date, Gigpro has successfully connected nearly 10,000 workers with over 1,500 businesses, completing more than 130,000 shifts. The company has made a significant impact on the hospitality industry, particularly in addressing labor shortages, which earned it the MURTEC Industry Hero Award.
