Avi Mazaltov

Avi Mazaltov joined VBI in 2017 as the Global Head of Manufacturing and also serves as the General Manager of SciVac. Prior to joining VBI, he was part of the Biosurgery leadership team at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, a Johnson & Johnson company, where he led Biosurgery operations in Israel. Before his tenure at Omrix, Mazaltov managed the Operations and Infrastructures division at Alvarion Technologies. He has also held several high-ranking operational roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, including Director of Global Manufacturing and Plant Manager of the Kfar Saba facility, where he managed over 1,000 employees. Avi Mazaltov holds a B.Sc. in Production Management from Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel.
