Jeff Baxter

Jeff Baxter currently serves as the President and CEO, bringing a robust background in finance and operations to his role. He was educated at Thames Valley University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA). Baxter’s extensive experience includes being a managing partner at The Column Group, a venture capital firm. Prior to this, he held the position of Senior Vice President of R&D Finance and Operations at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), where he also chaired the R&D Operating Board and managed various line roles across commercial, manufacturing, and IT sectors. Before his tenure at GSK, Baxter worked at Unilever and British American Tobacco, enhancing his expertise in the corporate sector.
