Arlene Cooper Community Health Center

The Arlene Cooper Community Health Center is a vital part of The Center, providing fast, free, and comprehensive testing for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The Pivot program offers a 6-week course for LGBTQIA+ youth and their caregivers, providing support and education on LGBTQIA+ identities. Additionally, the Thrive program connects LGBTQIA+ youth to licensed and affirming therapists, offering financial assistance for mental health services. The Center's Harm Reduction and Recovery Support

The Center is proactive in its harm reduction efforts, distributing a variety of harm reduction tools through a vending machine. These tools include syringes, hormone kits, first aid supplies, hygiene products, safe sex kits, and Naloxone and Narcan packs to prevent overdose. In addition to harm reduction, The Center offers a variety of recovery support groups, including Alcoholics Anonymous, Crystal Meth Anonymous, and Smart Recovery. These programs provide crucial support for individuals seeking to overcome addiction and maintain their recovery journey.
