Dhaya Lakshminarayanan

Dhaya Lakshminarayanan currently serves as the Chief of Staff, bringing over 15 years of experience in strategy, finance, and branding. Her career includes significant roles such as Chief of Staff to the CEO at both VentureWell and Nextmv.io. She has also been a venture investor, public equity analyst, management consultant, and product storyteller at notable organizations including Omidyar Network, Parnassus Investments, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Intuit. Dhaya holds two degrees from MIT and has been actively involved in creating positive social and environmental impacts. She has participated in the On Deck First 50 fellowship and contributes her expertise to various boards, commissions, and volunteer organizations. Additionally, Dhaya is an award-winning speaker and media personality, with appearances on platforms such as NPR, PBS, and Comedy Central Asia, and she hosted the Emmy-winning first season of WGBH’s High School Quiz Show.
