Udita Pal

Udita Pal co-founded SALT in January 2020 alongside Ankit Parashar, driven by her firsthand experiences with the difficulties of foreign transactions. Before starting SALT, she worked as a consultant for international companies, where she identified significant issues such as frozen bank accounts and exorbitant fees for international transactions. Her resolve to improve the international payments landscape was further strengthened by a personal banking issue she faced during a trip to Singapore. Udita, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, was recognized for her entrepreneurial promise when she was featured in Forbes 30 under 30 in January 2017. Her primary goal with SALT is to enhance the business payments experience on a global scale.
