Alex Nemiroff

Alex Nemiroff is a distinguished legal professional with a robust background in both the legal and business sectors. He began his career in law as a clerk for the Honorable Paul C. Huck at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, gaining valuable judicial experience. Following his clerkship, Nemiroff worked in commercial and securities litigation at Greenberg Traurig LLP, where he honed his skills in complex legal disputes. Transitioning from law practice to corporate leadership, he co-founded RogCon, Inc. and RogCon U.R., Inc. in November 2015 and has been serving as CEO since. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law. In January 2020, Nemiroff took on the role of Vice President of Legal, a position he held until June 2020, before stepping into his current role as General Counsel.
