Benjamin Feit

Benjamin Feit serves as the Chief Operating Officer with a robust background spanning 30 years in international development. His career has seen him work extensively in various regions including Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Feit has lived in several countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Niger, and South Africa, enriching his understanding and expertise in global development challenges. Previously, he held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Creative Associates and was the Associate Vice President for CARE US. His strategic roles have included directing governance initiatives at Palladium and spearheading Deloitte Consulting’s expansion into inclusive local governance. Feit also served as the Executive Director of DAI’s South African subsidiary. His academic contributions include teaching graduate-level classes at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and designing a Master’s level class on locally led development at Georgetown’s Global Human Development Program. Additionally, he served on the Board for the Society for International Development, United States Chapter from 2021 to 2023.
