Martin E. Chavez

Martin E. Chavez is a seasoned professional in the fields of private equity, general management, and investment banking, with a career spanning more than two decades. He co-founded and currently serves as a managing partner, leveraging his extensive experience to lead and manage investments. Chavez’s notable tenure includes serving as a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the industrial and business services sectors. Prior to this, he was an Associate at SBC Warburg and began his career as an Engineer at 3M Corporation, focusing on manufacturing operations. Chavez holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, earned in 1997, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, obtained in 1993. He has also completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Board of Directors Leadership program, further honing his leadership skills.
