Daniel Schwartz

Daniel Schwartz serves as the Managing Director at NMS, where he co-leads the Business Services sector. His responsibilities encompass all aspects of origination, execution, management, and exit for the firm’s investments. Prior to joining NMS, Schwartz held positions at CIP Capital and Halyard Capital, contributing to his extensive experience in investment management. He began his career as an investment banker at Bear Stearns, focusing on M&A transactions and financing in the technology, media, and communications sectors. Schwartz earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
