Robert Bacci

Robert Bacci has been serving as the Senior Vice President of HR and Facilities Operations at Nektar since 2001. Prior to joining Nektar, he worked as an industrial hygienist at various firms, where he led complex environmental investigations and risk assessments. Bacci also served as an affiliate faculty member in the M.S. Program in Organizational Leadership at the Union University and Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio, contributing to academic discourse in his field. He holds professional certifications as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), underscoring his expertise in safety and health management. Bacci received his M.B.A. from John F. Kennedy University and earned a B.S. in Industrial Hygiene from California State University at Fresno, establishing a solid educational foundation for his career in health and safety.
