Mindori, previously named Dialeqt, was a company located in Palo Alto, CA, focused on developing advanced voice search solutions specifically tailored for e-commerce applications. The company, which operated within the B2B retail industry, offered technologies that enabled the rapid development of conversational search functionalities in apps, without a significant learning curve for developers. Mindori specialized in customizing speech recognition models to suit individual product catalogs and customer queries, enhancing the user experience by tracking preferences to provide personalized suggestions. Additionally, Mindori’s technology supported the export of these models to popular assistant or chatbot frameworks, broadening their applicability.
