LocoLogic integrates seamlessly with existing order systems to automatically enter new orders and supports proof of delivery through mobile photos or signatures, which can be shared with the sender. The solution communicates real-time delivery updates on estimated time of arrival (ETA) and route to customers and includes a driver app for real-time communication and status updates. The platform also provides route optimization to find the shortest route to multiple destinations and supports multi-stop delivery routes for efficient delivery to multiple drop-off points. Ease of access is enhanced through gestures such as swiping left to update delivery status and swiping right to call the customer.
