Neil Underwood

Neil Underwood is a board member and co-founder of nCino, a cloud-based bank operating system. He has played a significant role in incubating companies dedicated to digital bank transformation, including Finxact, Payrailz, DefenseStorm, and Greenlight. Additionally, he co-founded Apiture, a joint venture between Live Oak and First Data. Underwood serves on the boards of Greenlight, Notarize, DefenseStorm, Apiture, Asset Class, Posh, and Able. He has previously held board or board observer seats at nCino, Blend, Payrailz, and Finxact. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a native of Miami, FL.
