Shannon Russo

Shannon Russo serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Kinetix, a firm she founded with the vision of helping growing companies acquire the necessary talent to thrive in competitive markets. Prior to establishing Kinetix, Russo gained significant experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, holding various roles over a decade at Spherion Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. Her career also includes positions at notable companies such as W.R. Grace, M&M/Mars, Inc., and Kidder, Peabody & Co. Incorporated, both in the US and internationally. Russo earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she was also a track and field athlete and achieved academic All-America status.
