Allison Martiny

Allison Martiny began her career as an IT Consultant at Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice, later transitioning through roles at PwC and IBM due to acquisitions. She spent several years in finance, accounting, and IT-specific staffing and recruiting, where she discovered her passion for the consultative aspects of recruiting and client engagement. Allison educated clients on hiring trends, processes, and best practices while effectively filling critical roles. Her career at eCommQuest spanned 12.5 years, where she focused on enterprise technology solutions and significantly expanded their Direct Hire practice and client base, including direct commercial clients and small to mid-sized consulting firms. After maintaining a professional relationship with Kinetix’s CEO, Shannon Russo, Allison returned to Kinetix in 2024 as the SVP of Growth. In her current role, she is responsible for leading Sales and Account Management functions and driving growth initiatives. Allison is described as approachable, even-keeled, a spreadsheet junkie, and a rainmaker. She is also noted for her leadership style, which includes empowering her team, advocating for authenticity, and maintaining calm in challenging situations.
