Celeste Ford

Celeste Ford is a distinguished aerospace engineer and entrepreneur, recognized for founding Stellar Solutions, Inc., a global aerospace company that has earned accolades such as a spot on Fortune Magazine’s ‘Great Place to Work’ list and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. As the Board Chair, Ford has steered the company beyond traditional industry and geographical limits, notably through its QuakeFinder humanitarian research and development project and its dedicated corporate foundation. Her leadership has been acknowledged with several honors, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and induction into the Silicon Valley Engineering Hall of Fame.
