Berry’s career began as a licensed clinical counselor, during which he directed several community-based social service agencies. He has previously held senior HR leadership positions at notable companies such as Indiana Packers Corporation, CGB Enterprises, ConAgra Foods, and International Paper, leveraging his expertise to enhance organizational dynamics and employee engagement.
