Prior to her current role, Amy was the Vice President of Human Resources at symplr. She also owned her own consulting firm, which further enhanced her expertise in organizational development and employee management. Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, grounding her understanding of human behavior in her professional practice.
