Kim Allman

Kim Allman serves as the Head of Corporate Responsibility and Public Policy at Gen, where she leads the company’s global public policy initiatives from Washington, D.C. She has authored articles on social impact and community engagement for Gen’s blog. Allman has been instrumental in initiatives that earned Gen recognition on Newsweek’s Most Responsible Companies list and the Dow Jones Sustainability North America Index. She played a key role in organizing Gen’s first ever Global Volunteer Day and contributed to the development of new tools to help children and families develop Cyber Safety skills. Additionally, she launched a pioneering guide to help LGBTQ+ young people navigate the digital world safely.
