Formitable has merged with Zenchef and Resengo to create a unified platform under the Zenchef name, which is scheduled to be launched in 2024. The new platform, ZenchefOS, will provide an array of features tailored for the hospitality industry, including reservations, revenue management, guest engagement, and a dedicated mobile app. Despite the transition, Formitable continues to support its existing users by offering phone and chat assistance, along with maintaining a Help Center for ongoing user support. Additionally, Formitable provides a series of webinars aimed at training staff to optimize the use of their platform for effective restaurant management. For developers, Formitable offers integration options such as a REST API and widgets that can be incorporated into websites.
