Anne-Sybille Pradelles

Anne-Sybille Pradelles is a seasoned executive in the fintech sector, currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Formance, a company specializing in providing an open-source stack for fintechs and platforms. Formance, founded in 2021 and headquartered in Paris, offers tools such as a low-code programming language for money movement, an immutable system-of-record for transactions, and a reconciliation module, aiming to empower companies building the next generation of financial services. Prior to her role at Formance, Pradelles was the COO at Alsid, a cybersecurity company, where she led the company from its inception to its acquisition within four years. During her tenure at Alsid, she expanded the team to over 120 employees and established a global operational footprint. Additionally, she has experience in overseeing product and engineering teams, and she played a pivotal role in leading payments at Selency, where she designed and scaled systems, processes, and teams handling transactions worth millions in real time.
