Jennifer Holmes

Jennifer Holmes holds the positions of General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary. She earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Biochemistry and Biophysics from Yale University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Jennifer is registered to practice with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her professional experience includes serving as Associate Director, Assistant General Counsel, and practice group leader for the Cancer Immunology patent practice group at Genentech. Prior to that, she worked at Ropes & Gray, LLP, where she represented academic, pharmaceutical, and biotech clients in a variety of legal matters, including patent prosecution and strategy, patent litigation, due diligence, and corporate transactions.
