Karen Robertson

Karen Robertson serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience in building and leading high-performing global teams for rapidly scaling organizations. She has a robust background in developing and operationalizing human resource strategies that effectively engage employees in highly competitive markets. Karen has spearheaded workforce planning, implemented government-funded training programs, and provided oversight for HR matters related to numerous mergers and acquisitions on a global scale. Her efforts have facilitated change management initiatives that align with organizational goals. Prior to her current role, Karen was the CHRO at Genapsys and has led HR organizations at ArcherDx, Market Force Information, and Intrado, significantly supporting their growth from 100 employees to over 1,100 employees with global, multisite operations. She studied Human Resource Management at Regis University and holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), as well as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
