Francois Perras

Francois Perras holds a Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from Laval University and Michigan Technological University, complemented by a Master in Business Administration from Sherbrooke University. His extensive experience in the metals and mining sector includes his most recent role as President & CEO of Tergeo Critical Minerals. Prior to this, he held several C-suite positions at ArcelorMittal, notably as President & CEO of ArcelorMittal Long Products Canada. Perras has also been actively involved in industry leadership, serving as Chairman of the Canadian Steel Producers Association (CSPA), Chairman of the Quebec Industrial Electricity Consumers (AQCIE), and Chairman of the Industrial Gas Users Association (IGUA). His roles have underscored his expertise and leadership in the field.
