Joshua Tillman

Joshua Tillman, an alumnus of the University of California, began his career with internships on Wall Street and at various financial institutions. During these internships, he recognized inefficiencies in predictive dialers and developed the first prototype of what would later become the Refractive Dialer, using CentOS and FreeBSD operating systems. After completing his education, Tillman undertook internships in real estate, where he utilized his prototype to significantly enhance productivity. His initial pitch for the Refractive Dialer secured a $28,000 check. He later transformed DialSource into Conquer to integrate with Salesforce, leading the company’s vision and engineering efforts. Starting with an initial investment of $5,000, his company quickly expanded, generating $150,000 in revenue within the first 90 days. Tillman attributes his success to his perseverance and dedication.
