CTN provides over 80,000 trips annually and partners with more than 80 agencies, serving over 7,500 individuals primarily in Allen County, Indiana, but also throughout the state. Established over two decades ago, CTN offers individual and group transportation services, including dependable rides to vital medical appointments and affordable services for agency partners. The organization supports over 1,200 persons with disabilities and 900 seniors, facilitating their access to healthcare, recreation, and work. Additionally, CTN provides transportation for Head Start programs and small child care centers, benefiting over 1,000 area children. Located at 5601 Industrial Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825, CTN operates from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with trip hours extending to 6:00 pm on Saturdays. CTN is closed on major holidays, with specific provisions for dialysis clients on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The organization also offers a convenient monthly giving option for donations and participates in the Kroger Community Rewards program. CTN’s strategic plan for 2020-2023 and financial statements are publicly accessible on their website. In June 2017, CTN began providing work trips for people with intellectual disabilities and was recognized by Parade Magazine in November 2017 as an outstanding charity in Indiana. The Kira Downey Memorial Rider Fund supports riders by providing free trips when needed. CTN’s current facility spans 35,000 square feet, underscoring its commitment to fostering a community where all individuals have the freedom and independence to pursue fulfilling lives.
