Vincent Matranga

Vincent Matranga, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer, has demonstrated significant expertise in enhancing operational efficiencies and supply chain management. A Yale graduate, he furthered his education with an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Vincent’s career includes a notable tenure at Aramark, where he worked as a Supply Chain Supervisor, and a role at Sutter Health, where he was part of an elite team trained in the Toyota Production System. At Sourcery Technologies, he was instrumental in optimizing the company’s data pipeline, which contributed to a dramatic increase in gross margins from 20% to 65% within five months. Similarly, at Cheetah, he not only grew the gross margins from below 10% to 30% in just six months but also led the company’s transition to a fully owned supply chain in 2019. During the COVID-19 crisis, he successfully increased the Fill Rate from 87% to over 99%, reduced Shrink from 13% to 2%, and improved On-time Delivery from 20% to 95%, showcasing his ability to drive substantial improvements under challenging conditions.
