Shashwata Nova has built a robust career spanning more than 17 years, primarily in the social development sector and with well-known FMCG brands. She is proficient in corporate communication, advertising, branding and identity design, event management, packaging design, fashion marketing, and production. Shashwata has worked with Breakthrough India, an organization dedicated to challenging cultural norms and making discrimination and violence against girls and women unacceptable. In her role, she led the design of campaigns, managed events, organized photo shoots, and oversaw all in-house production needs. Academically, Shashwata holds an MBA in Design Management with a specialization in Fashion Retailing and Visual Merchandising from INIFD, as well as a Master’s degree in Social Work. Her diverse skills and educational background enable her to effectively combine insights from social work with practical applications in design and marketing.
