Bhumika Malhotra

Bhumika Malhotra brings over 14 years of experience in the Edtech, skill development, and social sectors. She has played a significant role in operationalizing the Government of India’s ‘Skill India Mission’ by implementing various initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of the skill development value chain. Malhotra led the capacity-building program for trainers and assessors at the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), where she focused on creating sustainable models for impact through both national and international collaborations. She is passionate about developing quality-based frameworks to ensure sustainable impact in her field. Outside of her professional life, Malhotra enjoys painting and watching movies.
