Madhurima Sangma

Madhurima Sangma has built a notable career in the field of environmental education and sanitation, holding positions as a Consultant with the Water Supply & Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC) and as a Program Officer at the Centre for Environment Education - North East. She played a pivotal role in the development of innovative sanitation strategies, including the Rapid Action Learning (RAL) Workshop and the Community Leave No One Behind (CLNOB) Approach for the Swachh Bharat Mission-Gramin (SBM-G), in collaboration with the WSSCC and the Sanitation Learning Hub at the University of Sussex. Sangma’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Habitat Policy and Practice from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
