Jyotsna Borgoyary holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree and is currently advancing her education by pursuing a Master of Arts in Adult Education. Previously, she has been involved in significant administrative and research roles. During her tenure with Sahitya Kala Parishad, under the Government of NCT of Delhi, she assisted in administering the Delhi government’s cultural policies, programs, and schemes. Her contributions extended to impactful projects such as ‘Youth for Education’, ‘Mukhya Mantri Corona Sahayata Yojana’, ‘Delhi Riot Victims Compensation Relief 2020’, and drafting Delhi’s Cultural Policy while she was part of the Delhi Assembly Research Centre (DARC) Fellowship. Additionally, Borgoyary worked with the BTR Development Fellowship in Kokrajhar, Assam, where she provided research-based strategic and documentation support to the Department of Tourism, BTC, and played a role in establishing the Bodoland Tourism Development Corporation Ltd.
